ME/CFS data catalogue

Every public ME/CFS dataset we have worked with, with its licence, size and source. Where the licence allows it, we host a copy you can download directly. Where it doesn't, we link to the original. Our own analysis code and result tables are free to reuse.

Re-hosted copies are unchanged except for compression. Cite the original authors. Our analysis outputs are CC BY 4.0 and our scripts are MIT unless a dataset entry says otherwise. If you hold per-person ME/CFS data you can share, especially from severe or recently ill patients, it would fill the biggest gaps.
